At Indo Marketplace, we work hard to deliver your handcrafted treasures safely and efficiently. This policy explains our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, costs, and what to expect when ordering from us.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

We currently ship to the following regions:

- P.O. Boxes (via USPS only)

- United Kingdom
- Switzerland and Norway
2.3 Other International Destinations

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders:
- USPS - Primary carrier for US domestic shipments
- UPS - Expedited and express US shipments
- FedEx - Express shipments
- DHL - International shipments
The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your shipping address, chosen shipping method, and package specifications.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the order details page in your account
- Entering your tracking number on the carrier's website
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.
6. International Orders
6.1 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country. These charges are:
- Not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Determined and collected by your country's customs authority
- The recipient's responsibility to pay upon delivery
We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges before placing an order.
6.2 Customs Declarations
All international shipments include accurate customs declarations. We declare the full value of goods and do not mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items, as this is illegal and could result in penalties.
6.3 Delays
International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. These delays are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them.
7. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:
- United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $75
- European Union: Free standard shipping on orders over $150
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited and express options are available at additional cost.
8. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your handcrafted items:
- Eco-friendly packaging materials where possible
- Protective wrapping for fragile items
- Secure boxes sized appropriately for your order
- Beautiful presentation that reflects our artisan values
Some items may ship directly from our artisan partners with their custom packaging.
9. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failure to include apartment/unit numbers
- Address changes requested after shipping
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@indo-shop.com. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
10. Delivery Issues
10.1 Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package is lost or has not moved for an extended period, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.
10.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all original packaging materials

10.3 Missing Items
If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
11. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may have shipping restrictions based on their nature or destination. We will notify you if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location.
